We are parents ourselves. We struggled to find safe, practical, and affordable products during pregnancy and early parenthood. That experience motivated us to create Abla's Bloom—so you don't have to go through what we went through. Every product is carefully selected to make parenting easier.

2. How long does shipping take?
We currently ship to Germany and EU countries only.

4. What is your return policy?

  • You can return items within **14 days** of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and complete.
  • Exceptions : Hygiene products (once opened), personalized items, and digital downloads cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. How do I start a return?

6. What if my product is defective or wrong?
Please contact us at * info@ablasbloom.com * if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept **PayPal, Klarna, and major credit cards**. More payment options may be added in the future.

8. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

  • Exceptions: Opened hygiene products, personalized products and digital downloads are excluded from return.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in the case of defects or incorrect delivery.
